1. Turnaround Time
The orders are shipped within 4-5 weeks after payment is received.
Any orders with custom 1 of 1 designs made specially for you require additional processing time, depending on the complexity of the design. The time required for the same will be informed to the client.
2. Urgent Orders
If you need the custom pieces for your special days which is just a few days away , just let us know and we can process it on urgent basis . Additional charges may be added.
3. Shipping Methods and Costs
We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected. Please note that shipping times are estimated and may vary due to external factors.
4. International Shipping
We ship internationally, with shipping times and costs varying by destination. Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on the carrier’s website.
6. Shipping Delays
The Mood Box is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, customs clearance, or other factors beyond our control. If your order is delayed, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number for more information.
