  1. We at THE MOOD BOX deal with full customization work and all products are made to order. Due to highly personalized nature of our work, we do not take any cancellations once the order is placed and the due amount is paid.
     

  2. We highly recommend our clients to look into the artwork closely before placing the order to avoid any kind of conflict
     

  3. In case of you sending an article for a bespoke custom work , the advance paid initially will not to returned as we invest our time into designing your piece .
